Damaged or Incorrect Delivery

Returns & Refunds

Returns are considered only where there is a genuine issue with the order or product, such as an incorrect item, delivery damage or another valid product issue.

Because Siam Herbal Health supplies wellness products, products submitted for return must remain:

• unopened;
• unused;
• in their original sealed packaging; and
• in the condition in which they were received.

Products cannot be returned after the packaging, seal, bottle, container or product has been opened.

Approved refunds are made by bank transfer.
