  • Use the built-in dropper to take 5 drops under the tongue.
  • Allow the oil to remain under the tongue for up to 90 seconds before swallowing.
  • Start low and adjust gradually to a serving that suits you.
  • Each bottle contains approximately 200 drops.
  • The existing product guidance states not to exceed 70mg, equivalent to 14 drops, per day.

  • Keep out of the reach of children.
  • Store at room temperature, typically around 16–21°C.
  • Keep the bottle in a dark place away from direct light.
  • Use within 6 months of opening.
